Terrina di Pollo - Chicken Terrine
Ingredients:
- | 500gr of minced chicken breast |
- | 200gr of thin sliced bacon |
- | 1 egg yolk |
- | 150ml of double cream |
- | Salt and pepper to taste |
Method:
1 | Blend the minced chicken, the egg yolk, double cream, salt and pepper. |
2 | Lay the sliced bacon in the bread baking dish. |
3 | Add the blended mixture and fold over the bacon to cover it. |
4 | Cover with aluminium foil and cook the oven in a bain-marie for 50 minutes at 200°C. |
5 | Once cooked take it out of the oven and put a pan filled with water on top of it and let it cool down. |
6 | Once cooled down, serve it sliced on bread with some salad dressed with lemon, salt and extra virgin olive oil. |
