Fruit Parfait Frutta Semifreddo
For those of you who haven’t yet visited Borgo di Vagli and for those who had the enjoyment of experiencing Dina’s mouthwatering casalinga cuisine in the Hamlet’s trattoria I’ cche c’é c’é, in each newsletter we continue to highlight one of Dina's popular recipes for you to try at home, this month we highlight a popular summer desert, our Fruit Parfait.
Serves 8
Ingredients:
- | 500 gr of fruit yogurt (when possible, try to use the same fruit yogurt as the topping) |
- | 250 gr of mascarpone |
- | 200 gr pavesini biscuits |
- | Seasonal fresh fruit |
Method:
1 | Mix the yogurt with the mascarpone adding a few pieces of the fruit. |
2 | In layers, add the Pavesini and yogurt/mascapone mix. |
3 | Finally decorate the top with the fresh fruit of your choice. |
4 | Leave to rest in the fridge for 4 hours. |
