We honestly can’t recall how we first heard about Borgo di Vagli but, when we learned about it, we were determined to eventually make a trip to experience it. We finally made our first visit in the summer of 2017 and the entire experience was even better than anticipated. Just driving into the property was an adventure with several wild boar greeting us along the road to the hamlet!
And the winner of this month’s Owner’s photo competition goes to Cindy Chessler from Princeton New Jersey.
We asked Cindy for her thoughts as she captured this stunning photo.
“I often step outside in the evening to view the sunset. It is lovely to watch the sun go down over Vagli. The colors were so beautiful that evening that I just had to snap a photo.”
If you were at Borgo di Vagli in your Tuscan residence in the coming months, below are a few attractions to consider visiting.
Peposo

Each month we highlight a place of interest around the globe that we consider as unique as Borgo di Vagli. The tips are selected as they either show respect for the environment, nature, and architectural beauty or are deeply indigenous to their individual origin or something out of the ordinary.
